Bennie Brownlee is one of those rare almost mythical individuals we refer to when we reminisce about the good old days. Knowledge, competence, and integrity. He promised us the moon, and then delivered it and added a few stars for good measure. He promised us a lot, then delivered more. Bennie took a lot of time with us and asked a lot of questions. Pretty soon, he knew what we were looking for better than we did. At one point, I wanted to make an offer on a piece of real estate and Bennie agreed it would be a good deal and he would help us try to get it at that price. However, he kept asking us questions about our plans until we realized what he already knew. That was the wrong property for our dreams. He could have made his money then, but he put his personal gain on hold to keep us from making what he could see would have been a big mistake. Instead, he kept at it, showing us property after property that we loved, but were not quite sure of. We just did not know what we wanted, but with each property shown, he got more answers to his questions. On our third day with Bennie, after showing us another piece of real estate, just like we were asking to see, he said "I want to show you something different". He found us paradise. Mr. Brownlee's negotiating skills are second to none. He has a gift that keeps things moving forward while keeping both sides at the table. I want him on my side whether purchasing or selling. His service does not stop after closing. He spent an evening of his own time helping me install some electronics, just because he wanted our first days to be more enjoyable. I needed help unloading some heavy furniture and he got some guys there on short notice. I had to make them let me pay them a fair fee for the service. As a real estate developer, Bennie knows who to call for good service for just about anything. Bennie has excellent knowledge of the area and spends time as much time as required with the buyer. We had driven from houston without an appointment, however, he accomodated us within his schedule and discussed our needs in detail. He has a excellent database of availabile properties as well as specialised knowledge of the area. He understood our needs and worked hard to to find properties that suited our needs. Bennie recently sold a home for me. He is hard working and very responsive to your needs. He is so hard working that he came out to my property to see it on a rainy day and he was already soaking wet from working at other properties. He didn't even bother to go home to change so that he could meet me on my way home from work. I had gone to 2 other agents prior to contacting Bennie. 1 of the agents didn't return my phone call until well after 24 hours and the other didn't contact me after viewing my home and me sending them pictures. Luckily that agent couldn't find the time to deal with me because Bennie got me $20K more than that agent said my house would bring. I will definitely use Bennie again and will not think twice about recommending him to my friends and neighbors. I just want to take the time to thank Bennie for everything. Bennie helped me find the right home to rent here in the Canyon Lake area. I was trying to find a place close to San Antonio and Austin TX, moving from California to Texas and not knowing the area is hard to find the proper place. Bennie is absolutely the best. I knew nothing about buying land, but I had a desire to buy some property. Bennie not only pointed me to the right neighborhood, he pointed me to the best properties and walk with me through the entire process. He also help me get two great properties for the price I would have spent for one. When looking for a house one of the most important things to consider is a great realtor. Bennie Browniee is the best, not because he says he is, because he will tell you, but because he is. He is more than a realtor he makes you feel that he is part of your family looking out for your best interest. If something is not right he will tell you and then have the solution to make it right. When I had questions he had answers even at 10 oclock at night. A very dedicated representative. He knows his areas like the back of his hand.He has software that is high tec to make your property searches easy and informative. And in the future I will always continue to use his services.
